• Each consultation booking requires a $250 fee.
• The fee is non-refundable once the session is confirmed and scheduled.
• Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Approved reschedules may be applied to a future consultation.
• Missing a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of the fee.

This section covers the Weekly Project Management Program ($199/week) and the Weekly Consulting Management Program ($250/week). Weekly payments secure dedicated time, planning, oversight, and resources.

Weekly service refunds:

• Payments for active service weeks are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• If cancellation is requested before a new billing cycle starts, no future charges are processed.
• Refunds are not issued for completed strategy sessions, delivered work, reports or action plans, coordination already performed, or attended meetings.

• Clients may cancel ongoing weekly services at any time.
• Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
• After confirmation, access remains active through the current paid period, and no further weekly charges apply.

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be reviewed case by case, at Sancia Management's sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
