Due to the nature of our services, time allocation, planning, and strategic work begin before and during engagement periods. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Consultation Fees
All consultation bookings require a $250 consultation fee.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been confirmed and scheduled.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Approved reschedules may be applied toward a future consultation date.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Weekly Program Services
This policy applies to:
Weekly Project Management Program ($199/week)
Weekly Consulting Management Program ($250/week)
Weekly program payments secure dedicated time, planning, oversight, and business resources.
Weekly Service Refunds
Payments made for active service weeks are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If cancellation is requested before the beginning of a new billing cycle, future charges will not be processed.
No refunds will be issued for:
Completed strategy sessions
Work already delivered
Reports, recommendations, or action plans provided
Project coordination activities already performed
Scheduled meetings that were attended
Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing weekly services at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
Service access remains active through the end of the current paid period
No additional weekly charges will apply
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sancia Management Inc.
Approval of refunds outside this policy is not guaranteed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
